Myofascial Release and Mindful Movement Coaching
“I believe that mastering and maintaining alignment in the physical body is essential for living our true purpose. Just as a car requires regular maintenance to ensure it safely gets us from place to place, our bodies need consistent care and attention to function at their best, which allows us to fully embody and fulfill our life’s calling.”

Cup Therapy
MFD (Myofascial Decompression) aka Cup Therapy is based on assessing and correcting movement inefficiencies. This is a highly effective, time efficient, and evidence-based technique that uses the application and understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology, and functional anatomy to identify and treat ROM restrictions and muscular imbalance. This technique empowers you by moving your body with the cups on, addressing fascial slings and chains leaving you balanced and ready to return to Life and Movement.
Soulful Bodywork Session: Personalized Healing Experience
In this 60-minute session, we will focus on your body's specific needs by integrating ancient wisdom with contemporary manual therapy techniques. My aim is to address and release any trapped emotions within your fascia, utilizing a combo of cup therapy, graston, active release techniques, functional soft tissue mobilization, and targeted stretching. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel lighter, pain-free, and aligned with your body's natural rhythm. Additionally, you will receive corrective exercises to maintain your body’s new alignment.
Mindful Movement Coaching
This 60-minute, in person coaching session is a personalized training experience that blends the science of Physical Therapy with the precision of strength and conditioning. Designed for women who want to feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies, this approach goes far beyond a standard workout program. Every session is intentionally crafted to meet you exactly where you are- your unique history, patterns, strengths, and goals. The intention is not just to help you exercise- it’s to help you understand your body. Through mindful cueing, breathwork integration, and corrective movements strategies, you learn how to move in a way that feels aligned, empowered, and sustainable.
